The main parts of this machine tool, such as bed, lift seat, saddle, worktable, rotary table, telescopic arm, universal head and other materials are made of special cast iron, which can reduce the vibration generated in the machine tool operation and improve the machine tool working accuracy. The bed and lifting seat are rectangular guide rails. The Y-axis guide rail of the lifting seat is widened, with excellent rigidity and stability. The saddle guide rail is pasted with TF wear-resistant sheet, which can reduce the friction between the sliding guide rail pairs. The X-axis guide rail adopts Dovetail guide for easy adjustment of the gap between the table and the saddle. The X, Y, Z three-axis screw rods are all trapezoidal threaded screw rods imported from Taiwan, with good stability, and the X, Y-axis screw nut is a double-nut structure, which is convenient to adjust the gap between the nut and the screw rod. The machine tool adopts advanced centralized lubrication oil supply device to ensure good lubrication of the machine tool.
