The FX27P-60CNC is a high-precision, straight-through CNC external cylindrical grinding machine (fully enclosed type) primarily designed for precision grinding of the outer cylindrical surfaces and end faces of shafts and rotary parts. Its core features include:

1. Precision external cylindrical grinding: Maximum grinding diameter of 270 mm, maximum machining distance between centers of 600 mm, and maximum load of 60 kg (two-center configuration)

2. Automatic dressing and compensation: Automatic wheel dressing and system compensation ensure consistent machining accuracy

3. Multi-axis interpolation control: Dual-axis (X/Z) servo drive, X-axis rapid traverse speed of 6 m/min, Z-axis of 8 m/min, with a minimum feed rate of 0.001 mm for both axes
