2. The machine tool is made of high-strength cast iron, with special copper and chromium materials added. The width of the bed guide rail is 400mm, and the quenching depth of the bed guide rail reaches 5mm, which effectively improves the wear resistance and stability of the machine tool.
3. The cycloidal pump is used for the lubrication of the bedside box of the machine tool. For the hot weather, the cleanliness and heat dissipation characteristics of the bedside box are guaranteed, and the service life of the bearings and gears is effectively extended.
4. The spindle of the machine tool adopts precision bearings, the through hole of the spindle is φ80&φ105mm, and the gears of the machine tool are precision ground, which effectively improves the hardness of the gears and reduces the noise of the machine tool.
