DVT5116D Single-Column Vertical Lathe Product Introduction 

DVT5116D is a single-column vertical lathe with a Max.turning diameter of 1600mm and a Max.work-piece height of 1600mm. It is suitable for high-speed steel cutting tools and carbide cutting tools, processing various non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and some non-metallic materials.

The machine tool can process internal and external cylindrical surfaces, flat surfaces, cutting, and grooving.

The main drive employs a reliable AC motor with a hydraulic-actuated gearshift, providing a wide speed range (5-160 RPM). Both the X and Z axes are powered by AC servo motors driving precision ball screws via planetary reducers, ensuring accurate, responsive feeds and rapid traverses.

3.Rigid & Stable Construction:

 The machine features a high-strength, stress-relieved cast iron column and base, forming a rigid foundation. The three-layer vertical tool post (square ram) is constructed from high-grade cast iron and ductile iron, with scraped and ground guideways for lasting accuracy.

4.Safe & Reliable Beam Mechanism:

The crossbeam is raised and lowered by a single screw with a safety float nut device. It is securely locked via a robust hydraulic wedge-clamp system on the column, guaranteeing stability during heavy cutting and operator safety.

5.Integrated Professional Systems:

The machine incorporates a dedicated hydraulic system for key functions (worktable guideways, gearshift, beam clamping) using quality domestic components. A centralized automatic lubrication system ensures consistent maintenance of guideways and screws, enhancing reliability and lifespan.
