Major structure

Machine feet:it is made up of welding pieces.Inner of the machine have the hydraulic and cooling system.the machine feet meet the foundation and bear the weight of the machine itself and work piece.
 

Turn table:it is made up of base ,turn  table,and turn axle,turn axle and base with rotating scale fixed on the machine body,and there is a work table on the turn table.
 

Work table:it must be keep smooth and in level.the workpiece must be operated on the work table.this is main part to guarantee the precision of the workpiece.
 

Clamping vice: There are feeding roller and board for feeding material and receiving workpiece.The clamping vise is settled on the work table.the fixed vise is on the right of the table,and the flexiblevise is controlled by the cylinder,in order to keep the workpiece tightly on the work table.
 

Scissors point:this is the device connects the saw frame and work table,as the scissors type band saw pivot,it is high-precision cutting needs.

Saw frame is made up of welding plate.used to install and connect the main driving,tension the saw blade and guidance of the saw blade.
 

The main transmission:the main transmission adopt worm wheel driving.it is composed of main motor,worm wheel and saw wheel. It is mainly used for transmit the torsion,and drive the saw blade.so that it can realize the cutting process.The cutting speed can be adjusted into three steps by setting the belt on the pulley. The different speed can meet the various requirments of the workpiece.
 

The tension of the blade:it is compused of the driven pulley,tension sets,lead screw and slider block.it can adjust the tension of the saw blade by using wrench to turn the leas screw and move the slider block.
 

The guidance of the saw blade:this device is composed of beam,guiding arm,guiding head ,guiding block ,alloy block and alloy piece.it make the saw blade keep vertical with the work table by turn the bear of guiding head.the alloy block and alloy piece are closed to the back and side of the saw blade.This set can reduce the friction of the saw blade.the alloy block is supported by the spring,it can adjust the resistance of cutting.The guiding arm is locking on the beam.it can be moved in left and right to accomodated to the various width of the workpiece.The most short distance between the two guiding head that suitable to the width of workpiece can make the saw blade full of rigidity,and suitable flexiable, which can prolong the service life of the saw blade.
 

Cooling system:It is composed of three phase electric pump,water storage tankand delivery line. This device assure the cooling liquid when the band saw is sawing.it can enhance the precision of the sawing and prolong the service life of the saw blade.

Hydraulic system:it is composed of oil storage tank,motor,gear pump,relief valve,magnetic valve,throttle valve,pressure gage,filter,up and down cylinder,clamping cylinder and delivery line.(refer to the hydraulic drawing)

Electrical system:it is composed of main motor,oil motor,cooling motor,position

switches,wiring board,branch box,operation box,operation panel,electrical element,and cable,etc.(refer to the electrical drawing)
