The lower limit stroke of the oil cylinder is positioned by the mechanical stopper, and the bending angle does not drift during continuous operation. The upper mold is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism, and the folding precision is high.

6. Adjustment of stop material and slider stroke, manual fine-tuning, digital display of the system. The hydraulic power unit has a compact structure and is easy to install. It adopts an integrated hydraulic valve block with the number of oil passages and joints limited to a minimum. The transmission is driven on the slider, and the speed adjustment range is large, and the work is stable and reliable.

7. The upper mold is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism, which is easy to adjust.
