Main structure of machine tool
Sawing machine consists of bed foot, saw frame, active wheel, driven wheel, saw belt guiding device, saw belt tensioning device, feeding device, hydraulic system, main speed changer, cooling system, clamping, control table and other auxiliary parts.
- Bed foot:
The foot of the bed is a plate welding piece with built-in coolant pool. The machine tool is installed with the foundation by the foot to bear the weight of the machine tool itself and the weight of the workpiece.
- Saw frame:
The saw frame is the foundation of the sawing machine, which is welded by high quality steel plate and treated by aging after welding, with sufficient rigidity.
- Column part:
The column is a double-sided column with linear guides installed on the front and side of the column, which is connected with the saw frame for up and down lifting movement and lifting guidance.
- Active and passive wheels:
The active and passive wheels are made of HT castings, installed on the saw frame, the saw belt is running with the active and passive wheels by friction, so as to achieve the purpose of sawing.
- Saw guide device:
Saw belt guiding device is an indispensable part to ensure that the saw belt does not deflect in the sawing process and to ensure the precision of the sawed workpiece.
- Main transmission device:
The main transmission adopts worm gear transmission, which is composed of the main motor, worm gear box and saw wheel, mainly used for transmitting torque to drive the band saw blade to rotate, in order to realise the cutting movement, through the frequency converter, it can change the cutting speed, in order to apply to the cutting requirements of the workpieces of different materials.
- Saw band tensioning device:
Saw band is driven by friction to run, the size of the friction is by the size of the band tension, in sawing workpiece is larger, its eating knife is larger, the tension should be larger, sawing surface is smaller, its tension should be smaller. Tension should not be too large or too small, too large will affect the life of the band, too small is not enough friction, affecting its sawing accuracy.
- Hydraulic system:
Hydraulic system is the core of the liquid horizontal hydraulic band sawing machine, workpiece clamping, work feed fast and slow are relying on the hydraulic system to complete the band sawing machine hydraulic system has a simple structure, easy to operate.
- Cooling device and cleaning:
Cooling is indispensable in sawing, can play a cooling, lubrication, play a role in protecting the band saw blade. Sweeping device is the sawdust produced when the accumulation of chip tumours away to extend the service life of the band saw.
- Clamping device structure:
This machine is a combination of hydraulic clamping, easy to operate, convenient and flexible.
- Control console:
The electrical system is divided into two parts: power system and control system.
The power part includes the control of the total power supply, each motor start-stop and protection switches, etc., the power supply adopts a three-phase four-wire system, AC380C, 50HZ. control cabinet is equipped with a work feed stepless speed valve, each motor start-stop buttons and emergency-stop buttons and so on.
- Upper clamping function:
Table clamping device and feeding table clamping device is installed on the separable hydraulic upper clamping cylinder, can be synchronised with the left and right clamping jaws run, become a three-way clamping mechanism, the workpiece is completely clamped on the table does not loosen, sawing stability is improved, the three-way clamping function can be used to make more than one, multi-layer workpiece cutting at the same time, the production efficiency is greatly improved.
