Product Description:
Sawing machine consists of bed foot, saw frame, column, main transmission device, saw belt guiding device, saw belt tensioning device, hydraulic system, cooling system, clamping device and other auxiliary parts.
- Bed foot:
The foot of the bed is a plate welded part with built-in coolant pool. The machine tool is installed with the foundation by the foot to bear the weight of the machine tool itself and the weight of the workpiece.
- Saw frame:
The saw frame is the foundation of the sawing machine, which is welded with high quality steel plate and treated by aging after welding, with sufficient rigidity.
- Column:
There are main column and sub-column. The main column is a cylinder, the saw frame and the machine foot rely on the main column connection, for up and down lifting movement, which is needed to ensure the accuracy of the work; vice column is a square column, equipped with a column sleeve, as a guiding mechanism for lifting movement.
- Main transmission device:
The main transmission adopts worm gear transmission, which is composed of the main motor, worm gear box and saw wheel, mainly used for transmitting torque to drive the band saw blade to rotate, in order to realise the cutting movement, through the belt on the pulley, it can change to realise four cutting speeds, in order to apply to the cutting requirements of different material workpieces.
- Saw guide device:
Saw band guiding mechanism: consists of crossbeam, guiding arm, guiding head, bearing, alloy seat and tungsten steel alloy sheet, the band saw blade through the guiding head of the bearing, in order to torsion of the band saw blade and the worktable to maintain vertical; alloy seat and tungsten steel alloy sheet and the back and side of the band saw blade close to the back and side of the band saw blade to reduce the friction of the band saw blade to the lowest possible level; guiding arm locking in the crossbeam, when cutting workpieces of different widths, can be achieved through the movement of the guiding head When cutting workpieces of different widths, the guiding arm can be moved to achieve the shortest distance between the left and right guiding heads, so that the flexible band saw blade that enhances the rigidity, but also to get the right flexibility.
- Saw band tensioning device:
Saw band tensioning mechanism: composed of follower wheel, tensioning seat, screw and slider, by rotating the screw to move the slider to drive the saw wheel to achieve the band saw blade tensioning, so that the band saw blade and the saw wheel rim to form a certain pressure between the wheel to generate enough friction to drive the band saw blade for rotary motion.
- Cooling device and cleaning:
Cooling in sawing is indispensable, can play a cooling, lubrication, play a role in protecting the band saw blade. Sweeping device is the sawdust produced when the chip tumour to take away to extend the service life of the band saw.
- Clamping device structure:
Bench clamping device: worktable smooth, flat, the workpiece must be placed on the worktable for cutting, is to ensure that the cutting accuracy of one of the main components; workbench is installed with a set of clamping vise, fixed vise mounted on the right end of the workbench, the activities of the vise through the cylinder propulsion, in the workbench slide groove left and right to move, in order to clamp the workpiece to ensure that the workpiece in the process of cutting is fixed on the workbench.
