The 500GS3 is a 5-axis CNC (4-axis linkage) medium-speed wire-cutting machine designed for larger mold plates and heavy workpieces. Built on a 2.5-ton high-rigidity cast iron frame, it features:

X/Y travel: 500×400 mm, table load 500 kg

Multi-cut accuracy: ≤0.005 mm (SKD11/Cr12, HRC58)

Surface finish: Ra≤0.7 μm (mirror-like)

Cutting speed: max ≥220 mm²/min, typical ≥150 mm²/min

Filtration: <10 μm slow-wire filter system

Drive: Taiwan HIWIN/PMI linear guides/ball screws + Panasonic AC servo motors
