1. The main body and main components are made of high-grade cast iron FC-30. After artificial normalization heat treatment, and then natural aging treatment. The main components are processed by YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment in one clamping process. 2. The machine tool guide rail and precision ball screw are continuously lubricated by the automatic lubrication system to ensure a longer service life and long-term maintenance of the best accuracy. The cooling system is separated from the body to eliminate vibration and facilitate heat dissipation.
3. The first one-time clamping compound grinding machine in China that realizes the integrated grinding of inner circle, inner cone, outer circle, outer cone and end face. The standard configuration is Siemens CNC system, and there are many optional accessories to choose from, including work Automatic head rotation device, automatic outer diameter measuring device, automatic end face measuring device, magnetic paper tape filter device, oil mist collector, etc.

The grinding wheel spindle has the characteristics of high rigidity and high precision. For special work-piece grinding, the grinding wheel speed can be adjusted to increase the linear speed. High-speed electric spindle is used for the inner circle spindle to prevent the influence of resonance of the inner and outer circle motors.
8. Using German Siemens CNC system, and after secondary development, fool-style man-machine dialogue operation interface, equipped with Siemens high-performance servo motor, so that the equipment CNC system and transmission system have better compatibility, and also have automatic sand repair and the compensation function.
