650K CNC Die Sinker EDM Machine

The 650K is a fully CNC-controlled die-sinking EDM machine featuring a "bullhead" configuration (fixed worktable, moving electrode), designed for precision electrical discharge machining of mold cavities, bores, and complex 3D surfaces. Unlike wire-cut EDM (WEDM), die-sinking EDM machines use a shaped electrode to "copy" the electrode's shape onto the workpiece through electrical discharge erosion. This process is suitable for machining blind holes, deep cavities, narrow slots, and mirror-finish molds—tasks that cannot be accomplished with wire-cut EDM.
