2.Top-Tier Spindle System: The spindle, made of Taiwan Jianchang SNCM-21H alloy steel, undergoes cryogenic treatment achieving a surface hardness over HRC62. Supported by hydrodynamic oil film bearings at both ends, its runout is maintained under 0.001mm.
3.Intelligent Servo Drive: The regulating wheel is directly driven by a Taiwan Delta servo motor, enabling stepless speed regulation from 0-250rpm. It ingeniously tilts synchronously with the wheel, ensuring efficient power transmission without inertial loss.
4.German CNC Core: Equipped with a Siemens 828D CNC system featuring a secondary-developed Chinese HMI, it is user-friendly and ensures precise feed and excellent compatibility.
5.Precision Structure & Lubrication: The double V-track structure guarantees accurate feed. The spindle circulation oil system, with dual filtration and pressure control, significantly extends spindle lifespan.
