1.This machine tool features a high-grade cast iron, box-type structure, annealed for stress relief and enhanced toughness. Its rigid design ensures heavy-duty cutting capacity and high repeatability accuracy.

2.The integrated box-type base and headstock, with thick, multi-layered rib walls, effectively suppress thermal deformation and provide high rigidity and stability.

3.The column utilizes a unique wall plate + moving column structure combined with three X-axis guide rails, delivering powerful cutting capability and operational stability.

4.A high-precision, high-rigidity spindle is driven by a high-horsepower servo motor. Supported by NSK NN series bearings, it offers excellent axial/radial load capacity, ensuring long-term heavy cutting with precision, stability, and good heat dissipation.

5.X/Z axes are directly driven by AC servo motors and large-diameter C3 grade ball screws (pre-stretched to minimize thermal expansion). High-precision angular contact ball bearings support precise positioning with no cumulative belt-drive error.

6.X/Z axes employ Taiwan HIWIN ultra-heavy-duty linear rails with high rigidity and a low friction coefficient, enabling high-speed feed, reduced wear, high accuracy, and high-load cutting.

7.The turret is an imported horizontal 8-station type, powered by a hydraulic servo motor for fast, wear-free indexing. Positioning via a Japanese-made toothed disc ensures high precision (positioning accuracy ≤5″, repeatability ≤3″) and rigidity.

8.The electrical cabinet is equipped with a heat exchanger for system stability. External wiring features protective sleeves resistant to heat, oil, and water.

9.The automatic centralized lubrication system uses an advanced(pressure-reducing) intermittent supply to deliver timed, (metered), constant-pressure oil separately to each point, ensuring proper lubrication and long-term operation.

10.Fully sealed sheet metal is designed for aesthetics, environmental compliance, and ergonomics. It prevents coolant/chip splash, maintains cleanliness, and includes bottom-flushing on both sides to aid chip removal, minimizing manual cleaning.
