H3 High-Precision CNC Step Grinding Machine (Step Grinder)

The H3 is a high-precision CNC step grinder (step-grinding machine) featuring a through-spindle grinding design (a first in China). It is equipped with dual spindles for rough and finish grinding, an ANCA 7-axis CNC system, an automatic loading/unloading robot, and Keyence/ Marposs online positioning inspection system.

 It is specifically designed for high-precision, high-volume step grinding of micro-precision shaft components (such as printer shafts, micro-shafts for medical devices, shafts for electronic components, and micro-motor shafts).

This machine can process parts with diameters ranging from 0.05 to 20 mm and lengths of 300 mm (clamping) / 200 mm (grinding), achieving a roundness of ≤0.002 mm and a taper of ≤0.002 mm, with micron-level machining precision. It represents a high-end domestic solution in the field of precision machining for micro-shafts.
