1.The main body and main components are made of high-grade cast iron FC-30. After artificial normalization heat treatment, and then natural aging treatment. The main components are processed by YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment in one clamping process. 3.The adjustment wheel spindle is driven by Taiwan Delta's step-less variable speed motor, FX-12S speed control 0-320rpm (digital control), the speed can be set at any data so as to be adjusted to the best linear speed, and the same line can be maintained when the outer diameter of the adjustment wheel changes Speed, grinding out the best product. The spindle circulating oil is filtered by two oil filters and equipped with a pressure controller to ensure the spindle life . The cooling adopts a dual-circuit cooling system to ensure the constant temperature of the spindle oil.
