This CNC fixed-beam gantry machining center incorporates foreign technology and features a gantry frame structure. The columns are fixed to the sides of the bed, with the crossbeam spanning between them. A ram-type boring and milling head (spindle) is mounted on the crossbeam, forming a symmetrical gantry frame structure. This configuration delivers outstanding thermal symmetry, high overall rigidity, excellent stability, and superior dynamic and static performance, resulting in exceptional positioning accuracy.

1. The main structure of the equipment

This machine tool is a CNC fixed beam gantry machining center with a gantry frame structure designed by absorbing foreign technology. The column is fixed on the side of the bed, the beam is fixed on two columns, and a ram-type boring and milling head (spindle) is installed on the beam to form The gantry frame type symmetrical structure has high thermal symmetry, the whole machine has high rigidity, good stability, high dynamic and static characteristics, and high positioning accuracy of the machine tool.

2.Spindle: AC servo motor drives high-precision Taiwan-brand spindle group via gearbox; constant temperature cooling + double hydraulic cylinder balance ensures accuracy stability and machining precision.

3.Axis Feeding:
X-axis: Servo motor + reducer + pre-stretched ball screw drives table reciprocation, enhancing screw pair rigidity;
Y-axis: Servo motor + reducer + ball screw drives saddle lateral movement;
Z-axis: Servo motor + coupling + ball screw drives headstock lifting, with power-off automatic brake and double hydraulic cylinder balance for ram movement.

4.Base Components: High-quality cast iron with multiple aging treatments, FEM-optimized design; bed/table: closed box structure + multi-point support; column/beam: large cross-section + vertical/horizontal ribs, meeting heavy cutting requirements.

5.Guideways:
X-axis: 2 heavy-duty linear guideways, low friction, high precision, strong vibration resistance;
Y-axis: 3 heavy-duty linear guideways, beam with large cross-section + stepped arrangement, excellent bending/torsional rigidity;
Z-axis: 2 heavy-duty linear guideways, ensuring stable cutting.

6.Hydraulic & Lubrication: Hydraulic main components (domestic renowned brand) for ram balance; automatic thin oil lubrication for guideways/screws.

7.Cooling & Chip Removal: External cooling (emulsified non-corrosive fluid); side chip conveyors deliver chips to bed front, discharged into chip trolley.

8.Protection Devices: X-axis: rust-proof metal telescopic cover; Y-axis: organ-type cover; bed external: simple guard (operation area + tool magazine side).

9.Electrical System: Siemens 828D CNC system, 10.4" color LCD + MDI panel; front CF/USB ports, rear Ethernet/RS232C interfaces; Chinese interface (English optional).
