This machine is a seven-axis three-linkage CNC super high speed external cylindrical grinder, which adopts Siemens CNC system (standard configuration). By configuring the high-end version grinder CNC system, which can realize the highest X-axis linear motor servo linear motion motor, W and Z axis axis servo linear motion servo motor, and CI, C2 shaft rotation, precise control of the driven motor and through frequency conversion control technology to achieve real-time to CBN motorized spindle, and mend the matched control of motorized spindle, It is equipped with a complete set of safety protection and control devices/technologies, such as online dynamic balancing device, AE empty range anti-collision device, etc., to complete the cylindrical high-speed grinding of shaft parts.
