This series of CNC fixed-beam gantry boring and milling machines adopts the integrated design of columns and beams, and is equipped with high-rigidity, high-torque spindles and high-dynamic response drive systems. Automobile, mold and other mechanical processing fields.

 

The machine tool adopts a high-rigidity gantry frame structure, and the important parts are all made of resin sand castings, and after two artificial aging treatments, it has sufficient static and dynamic rigidity and good precision retention. The three axes of the machine tool adopt high-precision double-nut pre-tightened ball screw, and pre-stretch, the transmission rigidity is strong, and the precision is stable and reliable.
