SG60160SD/SG60220SD/SG60600SD series consists of large-scale column-moving surface grinders. Featuring a column-moving design, the worktable remains stationary while the grinding head moves laterally along the column, offering greater space efficiency and higher rigidity compared to traditional gantry-type machines.

This series offers three worktable lengths—1600 mm, 2200 mm, and 6000 mm—all with a width of 610 mm. Equipped with a 500 mm large-diameter grinding wheel, hydraulic longitudinal movement, servo-driven transverse and vertical feeds, and PLC touchscreen control, these machines are specifically designed for precision surface grinding of large plates, die steel, machine tool guideways, and hydraulic valve plates. It is widely used in the mold and machine tool manufacturing, hydraulic, heavy industry, and aerospace sectors.
