The VMC1160 high-rigidity heavy vertical machining center is a top-end CNC machining center for large and heavy precision parts processing, standard equipped with FANUC-OI-MF (5) system and Taiwan VOLIS BT40 high-power spindle. 
 
It realizes one-clamping completion of drilling, milling, boring, rigid tapping and other complex heavy processes, with X/Y/Z travel 1100/600/600mm, 1000Kg max workbench load and ±0.005mm repeat positioning accuracy. Equipped with 1.55s fast tool change and 11KW high-torque spindle, it is the core equipment for high-efficiency heavy production in heavy machinery, aerospace, automobile manufacturing, large mold and engineering machinery industries, perfectly meeting the single/batch processing needs of large boxes, heavy shells and large molds.
