The 2000-ton frame hydraulic press machine, also known as 2000-ton frame hydraulic press machine, model YQ34-2000T, is a commonly used forging and pressing equipmet. Its structure is sturdy, adopting full steel plate welding frame type structure, which is optimized and designed by computer to ensure the stability and precision of the equipment. Quadrangular eight-face guide rail design, high guiding precision and strong resistance to partial loads, hydraulic preloading, and a centralized lubrication system to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.

 

This 2000-ton frame hydraulic press machine frame for the overall frame structure, the main structural components for the steel plate welded box structure, using high-quality Q345 steel plate, welded through the carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, structural welding standards in accordance with the implementation of the relevant national standards, beveling in line with industry standards, the weld to do the flaw detection process, no welding slag and scarring phenomenon, and by the tempering process to eliminate the structural stress, and finally sanding and painting treatment. Finally, it is sanded and sprayed with paint, and the whole frame is smooth and beautiful.
