2 Tool holder
The tool holder is a box-type integral welded structure.Driven by an equal-body series oil cylinder, the rolling guide rail is guided and supported. The butterfly spring mounted on the front support shaft is top-pressed to eliminate the gap between the rolling guide rail, so as to achieve gap-free operation. The trajectory of the tool holder is tilted forward by 1.5°, which can well ensure the quality of the shear section of the sheet material; the position of the upper and lower dead points of the tool holder can be set; the main pressure and return pressure of the tool holder can be adjusted at will, without affecting each other, the operation process of the tool holder is stable and impact-free, and the accuracy of the machine tool can be well guaranteed and improved.
3 Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of the machine adopts the "special system for ultra-wide table hydraulic shearing machine" independently developed by our company. The system structure is an integrated valve block type, and the pumps and valves used are all made of well-known domestic brand products.The entire system has a simple structure, easy adjustment and maintenance, and reliable performance.
4 Pressing device
The pressing device consists of multiple sets of pressing cylinders mounted on the bottom surface of the panel. The pressing force is proportional to the thickness of the plate. After the shearing is completed, it is reset by means of spring tension. The pressing is stable, safe and reliable, and the shearing accuracy of the sheet material can be well guaranteed. A separate system is used for the control of the pressing pressure.
5 Edge gap adjustment device
The support roller mounted above the back of the tool holder is used as the eccentric axis, and the left and right eccentric shafts are driven to rotate through the synchronous shaft, so that the tool holder can move slightly before and after, thereby changing the gap between the upper and lower blades. The structure is simple and the operation is quick and convenient.
6 Rear stop device
The rear retaining device of the machine is placed in the lower part of the upper tool holder, and it is pulled up and down with the upper tool holder. The adjustment of the rear retaining material is driven by electric drive, and the gear is decelerated by the screw drive, and the size of the retaining material is controlled by the E21 device.Adjustment of rear gear material The range is 20~600mm, and it can be adjusted arbitrarily within this range.
