CNC Centerless Grinding Machine Features

1.The main body and main components are made of high-grade cast iron FC-30. After artificial normalization heat treatment, and then natural aging treatment. The main components are processed by YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment in one clamping process. The precision size can reach the micron level to ensure the high precision of the equipment basic components.

2.The spindle is made of Taiwan Jianchang brand, SNCM-21H alloy steel, after quenching and tempering, carburizing heat treatment, and then computer-controlled cryogenic treatment, its surface hardness reaches HRC-62° or more, and the unilateral effective hardening layer is more than 1.5mm. Bearing structure,Taking use of dynamic press oil film lubrication and heat dissipation, supporting assembly at both ends, Runout less than 0.001mm.

3.The adjusting wheel spindle drive motor adopts Taiwan Delta servo motor. The speed can be set at any speed from 0-250rpm (digital control) to adjust to the best linear speed. When the outer diameter of the adjusting wheel changes, the same linear speed can be maintained to make the best product. The servo motor is cleverly designed and installed on the adjusting wheel box and directly driven by a timing belt. It can be tilted at the same time as the adjusting wheel during grinding to ensure that the two pulleys are always parallel. It overcomes the inertia loss caused by the multi-section chain transmission of the old centerless grinder and the many adverse effects caused by the chain angle. And avoid the frequent replacement of chains and zipper springs.

4.Spindle automatic lubrication circulating oil (advanced spindle oil 10#) and hydraulic trimming device are the same oil pump, with external oil tank, easy to clean and change oil, spindle circulating oil is filtered by two oil filtering devices and equipped with pressure controller to ensure spindle life. The cooling adopts a dual-circuit cooling system to ensure the constant temperature of the spindle oil.

5.Adopting double V-shaped guide rail structure, the surface is precision scooped by hand, and continuous automatic lubrication ensures the accuracy and precision of feed.

6.The circuit of the whole equipment adopts the Japanese Fuji circuit system, which is beautiful and durable, and has good operability. The height of the electric box is enlarged, which is convenient for operation and is more conducive to the heat dissipation of the circuit system.

7.Using Siemens 828D CNC system, after secondary development, Chinese man-machine dialogue operation interface, simple and easy to learn; with Siemens servo motor, one-axis automatic feed, good compatibility, accurate feed.

8.The cross-structure two-axis servo automatic sand-repairing system is adopted, and the two-axis linkage interpolation sand-repairing is realized through the numerical control system, and the forming and plunge grinding of the work-piece with taper and radian is realized. The sand repairing device adopts a dovetail groove purely manual spade structure to ensure the accuracy and stability of the repairing device.
