The VMC1050 high-rigidity vertical machining center is a high-performance CNC machining center for medium and large precision parts processing, supporting FANUC/SIEMENS/KND system selection.
 
Equipped with Taiwan VOLIS BT40 high-speed spindle (8000rpm) and OKADA 24T automatic tool magazine, it realizes one-clamping completion of drilling, milling, boring, rigid tapping and other complex processes, with X/Y/Z travel 1000/500/600mm, 600Kg max workbench load and ±0.004mm repeat positioning accuracy. It is the core equipment for high-efficiency production in mold manufacturing, aerospace, auto parts, engineering machinery and other industries, perfectly meeting the single/batch processing needs of medium boxes, shells, molds and other complex parts.
