1.The main body and main components are made of high-grade cast iron FC-30. After artificial normalization heat treatment, and then natural aging treatment. The main components are processed by YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment in one clamping process. The precision size can reach the micron level to ensure the high precision of the equipment basic components.

2.It adopts Taiwan original spindle, SNCM-21H alloy steel, after quenching and tempering, carburizing heat treatment, and then computer controlled cryogenic treatment. Its surface hardness reaches HRC-62° or more, and the unilateral effective hardening layer reaches 1.5mm or more. Taking use of dynamic pressure oil film spindle.

3.The adjustment wheel spindle is driven by Taiwan Delta's step-less variable speed motor, FX-12S speed control 0-320rpm (digital control), the speed can be set at any data so as to be adjusted to the best linear speed, and the same line can be maintained when the outer diameter of the adjustment wheel changes Speed, grinding out the best product. The servo motor is cleverly designed and installed on the adjusting wheel box and directly driven by a timing belt. It can be tilted at the same time as the adjusting wheel during grinding to ensure that the two pulleys are always parallel. It overcomes the inertia loss caused by the muti-section chain transmission of the old center-less grinder and the many adverse effects caused by the chain angle. And it avoids frequent replacement of chains and zipper springs.

4.The spindle automatic lubrication circulating oil (high-grade spindle oil 10#) with the hydraulic trimming device are using the same oil pump, with an external oil tank, which is easy to clean and change the oil. The spindle circulating oil is filtered by two oil filters and equipped with a pressure controller to ensure the spindle life . The cooling adopts a dual-circuit cooling system to ensure the constant temperature of the spindle oil.

5.The circuit of the whole equipment adopts the Japanese Fuji circuit system, which is beautiful and durable, and has good operability. The height of the electric box is enlarged, which is convenient for operation and is more conducive to the heat dissipation of the circuit system.
