400EZ AC Servo Medium-Speed Wire-Cut EDM Machine

400EZ is an AC servo-driven medium-speed wire EDM machine positioned as a "cost-effective precision machining solution" in the EDM equipment market. It bridges the gap between traditional high-speed wire EDM (low cost, low precision) and low-speed wire EDM (high precision, high cost). Through core technologies such as multi-pass cutting, AC servo closed-loop drives, and an intelligent discharge database, it achieves machining results comparable to those of low-speed wire EDM.

Positioning accuracy ≤0.01 mm, repeatability ≤0.005 mm, programmable cutting passes: 1–7 (roughing + multiple finishing passes), integrated with AutoCAD/CAXA, and automatic programming via CAD-driven graphics (no manual G-code entry required).

High-standard inspection and components: Each machine is inspected using a Renishaw laser interferometer (UK) to automatically compensate for pitch errors and backlash; key components undergo process control according to Swiss AgieCharmilles inspection standards; features HIWIN (Taiwan) guideways and lead screws, SHARP (Japan) industrial displays, and Shilin (Taiwan) inverters
