Wheelhead Moving PLC/CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machine Details

MCW stands for PLC supporting grinding machine,  MKW for CNC supporting grinding machine, MCD for PLC Center fixed grinding machine, MKD for CNC Center fixed grinding machine.

Center fixed grinding machine can be used to g rind heavy parts, easy to operate, high efficiency.

The structure of the machine adopts the structure of the wheel head movable cylindrical grinding 

machine.The work piece only makes rotating motion, the wheel head dragging plate (Z axis) makes 

longitudinal reciprocating motion on the body of the dragging plate, the grinding wheel head (X axis) makes transverse feeding motion on the dragging plate, and the operation position is arranged on the structure of the dragging plate. MCW1380A series cylindrical grinder bed structure

For the work piece bed and towed bed body cast into one, the diameter of 800 or more external 

grinder bed and towed bed body separation structure.The longitudinal z-axis drive part of the drag 

plates driven by servo motor to drive the wheel head and pinion, and part of the CNC machine

Tools with a length of less than 5 meters are driven by servo motor to drive the ball screw.

The transverse X-axis of the wheel head is driven by servo motor and ball screw. 

Both the longitudinal 

and transverse guide rail of the drag plate and the wheel head adopt the unloaded hydro-static 

guide rail,which has stable movement at low speed.

The spindle of the wheel head adopts high rigidity static and static pressure spindle, which has 

high rotary precision, good rigidity and high grinding quality.

The head stock and tail stock spindles of the Center fixed grinding machine tool are all rotary living 

spindles.

And the spindles are supported by ultra-precision rolling bearings, with strong lubrication of thin oil, high positioning accuracy and large bearing capacity The rotary precision of the top grinding machine is completely guaranteed by the precision of the high precision bearing selected by the head and tail stock, so the grinding quality is high.

The Center fixed grinding machine can be equipped with four jaw chuck.
